Join us live on Zoom for BarreAmped® trainings. We know there’s nothing that can truly compare to a live, in-person experience, but now you can get all the benefits of learning the BarreAmped® method without the hassle or cost of travel or having to take time off work. Our 2021 schedule is live and we can’t wait to meet you!
You’ll notice our Core Program levels have been broken up into two separate modules. This is so that:
- You’re not staring at a computer screen for 2 solid days
- You have more time to assimilate the information
- You can train in stages as your schedule and budget allows
The modules are scheduled across two consecutive weekends, but you can mix-and-match! Take them together or wait a few weeks for Module 2.
