Bounce Playlist Vol. 3

Beginning with a warm-up track for mobility and breathwork, this playlist then ramps up in intensity to keep the energy high for feel-good, low-impact bounce and barre work. It ends with softer tracks for a solid cool down and stretch. 

Use it for any 45 minute class, but it works especially well for BarreAmped® Bounce as the tracks have been chosen based on a relatively consistent bpm for bouncing to the beat.
