NEW Teaching Skills Workshops
The process of becoming a barre instructor can be a daunting one. Even if you can check off every item on this list, we know there are more than a few steps involved on the journey.
Our Level 1 training module covers a wide range of material – including exercise set-up, cueing, verbal & tactile corrections, troubleshooting, and class formatting. You’ll be equipped with an expansive arsenal of knowledge and new skills to practice.
Even though we encourage extensive practice and apprenticeship post-training, nothing compares to the real-life experience you’ll gain when teaching live classes. That’s why we’ve structured our training program to grant Level 1 graduates the title Certified Level 1 Barre Instructors. Learning on the job can provide some of the most valuable insights for you as a teacher.
But we also believe that even the most experienced among us can benefit from continued education and growth. If you’re open to learning and improving, we want to talk to you!
We’re excited to launch a new series of Teaching Skills Workshops, designed to help you become an even more dynamic barre instructor.
Our first workshop will be held in Nashville, TN, on Saturday, June 16. We will spend the day in group instruction, discussion, and practice. This particular workshop will be focused on cueing and correcting. All BarreAmped Level 1 and above Certified Barre Instructors are welcome to join Master Trainer Lori Winter.
Register for this June 16 workshop through the event page and reserve your spot. Space is limited.
