My barre journey began in April 2021, when I took my first class at Brickhouse Barre in Carthage, Tennessee. From there, I was hooked! I earned my Level 1 Certification in July 2022.

My favorite thing about barre is the mind/body connection at the heart of each workout. My goal is to create an encouraging environment where everyone can leave class feeling both energized and relaxed as well as proud of themselves. I truly believe that barre is for everybody!
