I found BarreAmped in January 2020…before COVID-19 was a thing here in the States…and quickly fell in love.  Once we went into a quarantine, I was furloughed from my job and found myself with oodles of time on my hands…so I filled a LOT of that time with barre. During this unprecedented time, I decided to jump into the deep end and get certified.  There’s no turning back now!  Fitness is my bag, baby!
