I’ve been enjoying Barre for over 4 years at The Barre at Berry Farms in Franklin, TN. I grew to love the community of women there. Going to The Barre became an essential part of my routine to stay healthy, physically, mentally, and emotionally. It was always something that I could count on to keep me grounded.

I’m originally from Excel, Alabama (it’s in the deep south). My husband, two boys, and I moved from Houston, TX to Franklin in 2015 and have loved every single minute of it. I am currently working toward licensure as a mental health counselor.
