Here’s how you can prepare to meet us on Zoom.

Navigate to "Courses" from the dropdown menu and choose Level 1 {Virtual}. Can’t access it? Make sure you’ve completed Fundamentals of Barre and Spine + Core Anatomy. You’ll need several hours to watch the pre-training videos for Level 1, so don’t wait until the last minute.

Frequently asked questions
Can I teach barre with a Level 1 certification only?
In most cases, yes! Ultimately, this will depend on the hiring studio or gym. Some will prefer a comprehensive certification, but most will acknowledge the intensive training undertaken by those who are “Level 1 Barre Certified by BarreAmped®.”
Can I take one training online and a future training in-person? Or vice versa?
Yes! You’re definitely welcome to mix-and-match training formats within the same training track. But, credits don’t transfer across training tracks. If you’re a resident of Asia (or other country outside of Asia or the US who plans to take an in-person training in Asia at any point), please reference our BarreAmped® Asia Training Track.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my Zoom training?
Yes! Make sure you’ve completed the three online pre-training courses (Fundamentals of Barre, Spine + Core Anatomy, & Level 1 {Virtual}) before you meet your instructor on Zoom.
What happens if my training is cancelled?
We do everything we can to ensure that trainings don’t have to be cancelled, but in certain situations it’s unavoidable. In the event of a training cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded in full or transferred to a future training without incurring a transfer fee. Trainees are responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
How do I maintain an active certification status?
Maintain your active certification status with BarreAmped® past your first year by remaining a member in good standing of the BarreAmped® Network (i.e. submit yearly or monthly payments without interruption). See our full Barre Instructor Program Guidelines here.
