Denise is a classically trained ballet dancer, yogi, and gym bunny – an excellent combination to bring to the barre! She completed a rigorous apprenticeship under the Barre 2 Barre team in Hong Kong and Singapore to become first a BarreAmped® instructor, then a Teacher Trainer. She brings a passion for movement and fitness to her classes, and loves to share her wide range of skills and knowledge with her students.
